ADP's Diversity and Inclusion - Fuels Our Excellence
One of the reasons we say at ADP you’re in excellent company, is because ADP actively pursues an employee base that reflects the many wonderful and different cultures of our clients and the communities we serve. For ADP, diversity is much more than ensuring equal employment opportunity. It is our aim to have an inclusive workplace that values each individual and enables you to reach your full potential. In an increasingly competitive marketplace, the diverse experiences, perspectives, ideas, and backgrounds of our associates help us deliver great service to our clients and more importantly, helps us to be our best.
Great companies act on their initiatives, take risks, and set an example at all times. Our diversity and inclusion efforts support this way of thinking, because we continually challenge ourselves to make sure we are doing our best everyday when it comes to inclusion of everyone. We have executive, regional and local diversity councils as well as women’s leadership initiatives. We also have strong relationships with universities and national professional organizations known for their diverse populations and memberships.
ADP promotes an inclusive work environment with programs that include domestic partner benefits, volunteerism, mentoring and cultural awareness programs.
Furthermore, every year we celebrate Black History Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month, and National Disability Employment Awareness Month to name a few. Our aim is to recognize as well as celebrate the beauty of our multicultural and diverse workplace. This fuels our excellence and at ADP, it's a celebration that never stops.
