Janet LeClair
President
Janet has over 25 years of leadership experience in the areas of risk
management, financial controls, budgets and planning in both the Human
Resource and Finance disciplines. She has expertise in
large-scale operational management coupled with large-scale system
deployments and integration efforts.
LeClair has managed Outsourcing Relationships which encompassed the
four critical disciplines of performance, finance, contract management
and relationship management.
Before joining HR XCEL, Janet spent the last eight years of her career
as Director of Wachovia's HR Support Center, supporting over 100,000 employees.
During her tenure with Wachovia, LeClair led the transformation of the
HR support center to a highly automated and efficient HR service organization.
In addition to her professional duties, LeClair "who graduated from
Lehigh University with a B.S. in Accounting and Marketing" is also an
active member of her community.
She currently serves on the Mint Museum's Board of Trustees and is former
and past Chair of the Board of the Mecklenburg Area Catholic Schools Education
Foundation. She is also a member of the St. Matthew Catholic Church Finance
Council and the Assistance League of Charlotte.
