Jill Sterling
Vice President, Implementation & IT
Jill Sterling has over 18 years of business and management experience.
Her
expertise is in system implementation and support. She has extensive
experience with the implementation and management of ERP, ASP and
Mainframe HRMS and finance systems.
Jill is directly responsible for client implementations, as well as ongoing client HRIS support.
Prior to joining HR XCEL, Jill was Assistant Vice President for the Benefits Administration arm of Wachovia Insurance Services.
Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Towson University.
