Conference Overview
What: Meeting of the Minds is a strategic program designed to enhance our clients’ HR, payroll, and benefits knowledge, provide an opportunity to network with peers and learn how to make the most of existing products and services. Hundreds of ADP clients, professionals, and business partners will meet to exchange ideas, share success stories, network, and be inspired by the insightful speakers and industry experts at the conference.

The Meeting of the Minds discounted hotel room rate is $209/night plus taxes during the conference. This room rate includes the Gaylord Texan's nightly resort fee of $15.
When: Sunday, March 11, 2012 through Wednesday, March 14, 2012

Training: Focus On Training sessions are designed to provide in-depth instruction on ADP products and services. Formatted in a classroom setting, Focus On Training sessions offer attendees their own work station to walk through real-life scenarios, become skilled at shortcuts, and learn more about ADP products and services. Clients receive additional RCHs for attending these sessions.

Informative Business Expo and Book Signings: In addition to the ADP offerings and key industry leaders exhibiting in the Business Expo, we feature book signings where attendees can purchase the latest publications from our featured keynote speakers.

Registration Rates
Registration begins: November 2011
By January 2, 2012:
- Early Individual Registration: $1375
- Early Small Group Registration (2-4 attendees from the same organization): $1325
- Early Large Group Registration (5 or more attendees from the same organization): $1275
Beginning January 3, 2012:
- Regular Individual Registration: $1475
- Small Group Registration (2-4 attendees from the same organization): $1425
- Large Group Registration (5 or more attendees from the same organization): $1375
Focus On Training: Formatted in a classroom setting, these sessions offer attendees their own work station to walk through real-life scenarios, shortcuts, and learn more about ADP products and services. Sessions will be held every day of the conference.
